Lean Start Company is a social venture established in 2014 to help and support businesses succeed in the market. The company provide a wide range of services that helps to increase the start-ups productivity and achieve their goals.
Lean Start Establishment in San Francisco, California by a group of seven students majoring in Social Entrepreneurship in the campus of Hult International Business School. Aiming to invest their knowledge to help small businesses rise along with understanding the market. Moving to Kuwait, MSE. Sara Al-Hubail brought the business and started to work closely with the community with a motto “Be Bold and Take the Risk Smartly”.
In 2017 the company launched its first Event Management services to serve the selected segment and helps them create a real measured social impact.
Lean Start provides all the required consultancy, business-plans, Strategies recruitments, operations, productions, Artificial Intelligence, marketing and events management services to all its clients.
By investigating and knowing exactly what the clients need to succeed, the company sets a plan to execute partnering up with the business owner for a periodical time to assure it’s success. With international awards and certification for being a positive reputative social venture we proudly worked with multiple companies in the Gulf Region.

Lean Start Co. provides a wide variety of services. Our company is broken down into 2 departments. The first department is business consultations. We provide consultation sessions, business plans from A-Z, business studies and networking. We firstly meet with our clients to understand more about their business and how can we help them. From there the business plans starts, we provide them with a business plan in whatever department they have a lack in.
The second department is more focused on event management. Our Lean Start team works hard to create and plan an event. Whether we are creating an event to fill in a gap in the market, or we create one depending on our clients’ needs and wishes. Our marketing and operation team creates an entire plan, from location, talking to potential sponsor’s/parent’s, giveaways, legal papers and approvals, etc. Each client gets the opportunity to come up with a creative idea and we make that idea realistic.
